Here are some common questions we here about the shipping process of your order.
At this time, we are able to ship worldwide. If you do not see a shipping option available to your country, please reach out to our customer service team. We would be happy to assist!
We provide fast shipping options for our customers, which range anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on which shipping method you choose.
Please keep in mind that after your order is placed, there will be an additional average 1-3 business day processing time for us to pack, handle, and ship out your order. You can use this time frame to cancel or make any changes to your order before it is shipped out. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Not satisfied with what you ordered? No problem!
The customer has 30 days after receiving their purchase to initiate the refund process. This can be done by emailing our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out the contact form on our Contact Us page.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send any merchandise to our return mailing address without contacting our support team first.
