Payment Policy

Thank you for doing business with Mr. Surveillance. We are committed to providing you with quality customer experience and affordable products and services. Because some of our customers have had questions regarding our payment policy, we have been advised to develop this payment policy. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all credit card brands that are accepted by Stripe and Paypal. We use Stripe as our credit card payment processor and gateway. We also offer PayPal checkout as an additional payment option. These cards brands and their respective logos can be found in the footer of our website. 

We accept payment via the following methods:

  • Diners Club
  • PayPal

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will only will be charged when you complete your purchase at checkout. In order to complete a purchase, a customer must enter their shipping and billing information and click Complete Order.

WHERE CAN I SEND THE PAYMENT?

Mr. Surveillance only accepts online transactions through our website at this time (see payment methods above). In order to place an order, a customer must enter their shipping and billing information at checkout. After clicking Complete Order the customer will immediately be charged for their purchase. A purchase confirmation email will be sent immediately following the purchase. A shipping notification email will be sent 1-3 days following purchase. This shipping notification will include a tracking number for the package.

U.S SALES TAX

We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within Iowa. Tax is calculated at checkout.
