Shipping & Delivery Policy

We provide fast shipping options for our customers, which range anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on which shipping method you choose.

Please keep in mind that after your order is placed, there will be an additional average 1-3 business day processing time for us to pack, handle, and ship out your order. You can use this time frame to cancel or make any changes to your order before it is shipped out. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. 

You should receive a tracking confirmation email within the 1-3 business day processing time after your order has been completely processed. Orders delivered to the USA will be delivered using USPS as our main shipping courier.

You will be able to track your order through the link provided in your tracking confirmation email, or you can manually enter your tracking number on the USPS or your country's respective shipping couriers' website.

Once the product has already been shipped out on our end, it is difficult for us to speed up, expedite, or modify the shipping expectations so that it will arrive within a certain date.

  • We offer a priority processing + insured handling shipping option as well, which guarantees the delivery of your order in case there were to be any shipping complications, we'll cover it for $12.95 per order.

Product Shipped from the USA
Products within our catalog are shipped from the United States. If your product is in stock in the USA warehouse, it will be indicated on the product page. If the product page does not indicate USA shipping, it will be sourced from an international source. Please refer to the shipping info below.

Products of International Origin
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Our typical orders will be delivered within 10 business days. We source our products from around the world to ensure the best prices for our customers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR IS MISSING?

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.

The postal service is out of our control. You can contact our support team and we may be able to send you a replacement item. Please refer to our refund and return policy for when a return or refund would be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within Iowa. Tax is calculated at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to send out order invoices to our warehouses every night to meet expected demand with fast processing and delivery time for our customers. Because of this, we offer a 1-3 business day processing time period to make any edits or cancel your order if need be.
